Make sure your cozy gifts arrive in time — no matter where you are in the world!

The holidays are coming quickly, and since every Fluffmade piece is handmade by one maker (hi, that’s me!), I want to make sure your gifts arrive on time — whether you’re in Canada, the USA, or anywhere internationally.

Below are the holiday cutoffs for Ready to Ship, Made to Order, and Solstice Collection pieces.

🎁 Ready to Ship Deadlines

These dates apply to items already made and ready to mail.

📍 Canada

• Standard Tracked: December 10
• Expedited / Express: December 14

(Options are shown at checkout — faster services are available.)

🇺🇸 United States

• Tracked Packet / Expedited: December 5

🌍 International

Due to longer transit times, please order by:

• November 25

Expedited international options may arrive sooner, but timelines vary significantly by country and carrier.

🚗 Calgary Local Delivery (FluffPost)

• Order by: December 18

(Delivery usually within 24–48 hours.)

👉 If you’re close to the deadlines, send me a message — sometimes same-day packing is possible if my tiny humans cooperate!

🧵 Made to Order Deadlines

Made to Order means your item is sewn specifically for you — so these deadlines give enough time to create and ship it.

This applies to:

• Toques
• Mittens
• Headbands
• Custom therapacks
• Custom sewing projects
• Mixed orders containing items

After this date, I may accept rush orders only if time allows — please message me first. I have been known to work some Christmas magic, and I will do my best to ensure your order arrives on — or before Christmas.

❄️ Solstice Collection Deadlines

If your Solstice item is Ready to Ship, follow RTS deadlines.

• Canada RTS Solstice: December 10
• USA RTS Solstice: December 5
• International RTS Solstice: November 25

If you're selecting custom yarn colours or requesting made-to-order Solstice pieces, follow the Made to Order deadline (Dec 3).

📦 A Few Shipping Notes

• December is the busiest month for every carrier.
• My shipping network is strong across multiple carriers. Expedited shipping might be possible at an additional cost.
• Weather, customs, volume, and routing all affect delivery times.
• Once a parcel is handed off, Fluffmade can’t guarantee specific arrival dates (though I’ll always help track a package if needed).
• Ordering early is the single best way to avoid disappointment.
