All Fluffmade items are shipped from Calgary, Alberta. This page explains how we process, pack, and ship your order.

1. Processing Times

For ready-to-ship items, please allow 1–3 business days for packing and processing before your order is handed to the carrier.

Made-to-order items may take additional time to create. Current turnaround times are listed on product pages and in shop announcements.

2. Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using a selection of carriers, which may include:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Purolator

Available options and rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size.

3. Local Delivery

From time to time, Fluffmade may offer local delivery within the Calgary area (sometimes called “FluffPost”) for a small fee. If available, this option will appear at checkout with an estimated delivery window.

4. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs, and operational delays can affect transit times.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Fluffmade cannot speed up transit or guarantee an arrival date.

5. Shipping Rates & Duties

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and the service selected.

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged at destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fluffmade is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items and contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps.

If a parcel is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly first. We’ll do our best to support you, but we cannot guarantee replacements for parcels lost or stolen in transit.
