Fluffmade products are handcrafted in small batches and often made to order. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and order changes.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because items are handmade, made-to-order, and created in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size or colour
  • general wear and tear over time

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

3. Handmade Variations

Small differences in stitching, print placement, size, or colour are a natural part of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fluffmade.com.

Once work has begun on a made-to-order item or the order has been packed for shipping, it may no longer be possible to cancel or refund the order.

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a clear error on our part.

6. Sale Items & Promotions

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
