🧵 Are Fluffmade items really handmade?

Yes — every item is individually crafted in Calgary, Alberta. Variations in stitching, colour, and texture are normal and part of the charm of handmade goods.

📦 Why does it say “In stock” if my item isn’t ready to ship?

“In stock” refers to material availability. Each piece is handmade to order and requires 1–3 business days of preparation before shipping.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Preparation: 1–3 business days.
Shipping estimates:
• Canada: 2–7 business days
• USA: 4–10 business days
• International: 7–21+ business days

🏠 Do you offer local pickup?

Not routinely. However, pickup may be arranged at our discretion. Local delivery within Calgary is available via FluffPost for a minimal fee.

❌ Do you accept returns?

No — all sales are final due to the handmade-to-order nature of Fluffmade items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos.

💔 What if my item arrives damaged?

Email info@fluffmade.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

🧼 How do I wash knit and crochet items?

Hand wash in cool water using gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry. Avoid stretching or wringing.

🌿 How do I clean Therapacks?

Spot clean only. Do not soak or machine wash. Always follow the heating and cooling instructions on the product page.

🔥 Can heat packs be microwaved?

Yes — but follow instructions carefully. Heat in short intervals and never leave unattended. Overheating may damage the pack.

❄️ Can Therapacks be used cold?

Yes — place in a sealed bag and freeze for at least 2 hours before use.

🎨 Do colours look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show accurate colours, but variations may occur due to lighting, yarn dye lots, or screen settings.
