How Made to Order Works

At Fluffmade, made-to-order means your piece is created especially for you. Every item is cut, sewn, stitched, and finished by hand in my Calgary studio — one at a time, with care and intention.

1. Choose Your Base Product

Select the item you’d like created:

• Toque
• Mittens
• Headband
• Therapack
• Custom project (wallet, pouches or something else entirely)

2. Choose Your Style: Fabric or Yarn

Depending on the product, you can select between:

Fabric Options

Cottons, denim, toweling, and seasonal prints for accessories and Therapacks. Chenille and fleece for Palm Pals.

Yarn Options

Soft gradients, rich solids, and cozy textures for crochet-based items and Solstice pieces.

3. I Create Your Item by Hand

Your piece is added to my sewing queue with care. Since Fluffmade is run by one maker (hi, that’s me!) and handmade work takes time, creation can take up to 7 days depending on order volume and family life.

I always aim to finish earlier whenever possible — quality comes first.

4. Your Item Ships With Care

Once completed, your piece is carefully quality-checked, packaged, and shipped through your chosen carrier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on the way.
